Refund Policy
At The Lightning Shop, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day refund policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@thelightningshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and the return address. Please make sure to clearly mark this number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item(s) unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. In that case, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.
